1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Ana Lemes Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Massachusetts, including house cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

3. Service Agreement & Scheduling

• All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
• You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major digital payment methods. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ana Lemes Cleaning carries liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the total value of the service rendered.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Secure pets and remove hazards before our team arrives
• Disclose any special conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
• Provide accurate information about property size and condition

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
